This Agent Quote Program is required to be updated on a monthly basis regardless of rate or product changes. The current quote program will be disabled to the authorized user at the end of every calendar month and will prompt the agent (you) to update it in order to maintain the most recent available product/rate information. (Don't forget your password).
Note that the rates quoted from this feature are only a rate calculation based on the information provided on the quote and are NOT BINDING IN ANY WAY. Acceptance in the product/plan quoted is always contingent upon verification of the information provided and upon successful completion of Celtic's eligibility requirements.
The Agent Quote Program will take approximately 15 minutes to download using a 28.8 kbps modem. The Agent Quote Program includes rates for all states for all approved Celtic Individual Health Products being marketed during the current month in each particular state - i.e. -CeltiCare for Kids, CeltiCare for Individuals and Families and Celtic ShortTerm.
All Celtic's on-line materials and programs are the sole property of Celtic Insurance Company and may not be downloaded without permission via password entry. Access is contingent upon agent production. Rates may not be shared, modified, reproduced, merged, disseminated or distributed in any manner contrary to the terms of the Celtic Agent or Producer Agreement, or in violation of state or federal law. All rate/product information available on this site is intended to be used only in the solicitation of Celtic Individual Health Insurance Products. You may not sell, assign or otherwise transfer any rate/product information obtained from this program without the express, written permission of Celtic Insurance Company. Any use of the rates herein available, contrary to the Celtic Agent or Producer Agreement or in violation of state or federal law is strictly prohibited. For violation of any of these terms and conditions, Celtic Insurance Company shall pursue its rights to the full extent permitted by law, including but not limited to termination of an Agent or Producer Agreement for cause.
